There is no return/exchange of a laptop/iPad pocket except for the above conditions

There are no returns except for the arrival of the product in a worn/wrong way/another product that was not ordered/a defect visible when opening the product/an unusual delay or non-arrival of the shipment

There is no responsibility for stains/loss or color fading due to improper use/defects/damage/loss/theft/vandalism - made while the bag was in possession of

Cancellation of transaction

Cancellation of a transaction that is carried out in accordance with the law for the protection of the consumer, up to 2 days from the moment of execution of the transaction, against the presentation of an invoice (physical/email) and on the condition that no use is made or work started on the case. Cancellation of a transaction involves a transaction fee as stated in the law in the amount of 5% of the value of the product or NIS 100 - whichever is lower

No refund will be given for shipping as it is a service that has been used

Cancellation of a transaction and/or replacement and/or monetary credit will not be given for items prepared by personal order
